Wayne has taken a great interest in stories, which mommy is really pleased about. Each night, before sleeping, he’d grab a storybook from his cabinet and ask mommy to read to him. We’d sit together on the bed and mommy would read to him.
Lately, mommy has also been telling him many stories about his favourite characters. Wayne would first choose the characters he wants the story to be about, its always Barney or Diego, and he’d then choose the theme.. sometimes, he’d go ‘beach’, sometimes ‘car’, sometimes ‘market’ and accordingly mommy would make up a story for him and he’d listen so intently, forming the images in his mind as he listened.
We’d end up laughing away as mommy made up some funny stories and at the end of it, Wayne would always go ‘Mama, more? Mama talk! Mama talk!’.
