Amanda went for her one month check up and boy, has she gained a lot of weight! She now weighs 5.475kg an addition of 2kg since her last check up, standing at the 97th percentile. Wayne was just at the 25th percentile at one month so the nurses were joking that we need to ask Wayne to eat more otherwise mei mei would overtake him in size in no time!
That she is at the 97th percentile shouldn't be a surprise to us seeing how she is already outgrowing her 0-3 months pyjamas. Upgrading to the next size of 3-6 months though she is just 5 weeks old. Bathing her is also taking a longer time, with me having to clean between all the folds on her hands and legs, which seems to be getting deeper and deeper each day! And who can ignore those ballooning cheeks which makes her look sooo adorable?!
Size aside, Amanda is also doing well in all the other areas.. passing all the other one month milestone check points.
