Three consecutive nights of working till midnight at office. Mommy's bushed. Work has been really busy. Partly because of our trip next week & some surprise deadlines the day after mommy's back from the trip. Mommy has hardly even seen Wayne the past 4 days.. just for twenty minutes in the mornings. Each night I'm home, Wayne would be sound asleep.
Certainly doesn't feel like I'm going for a holiday anytime soon though it's just another 5 days before we are off to Sydney! Yay! And what more, tomorrow we will be celebrating wayne's birthday in advance! 10 days earlier as we will be in Sydney on Wayne's actual birthday on the 20th. Wishing mommy had more time to soak in the pre-holiday excitement of planning preparing & thinking about the holiday. Plus get all excited over Wayne's birthday celebration tomorrow!
Just a small party with our immediate family members.. 15 of us including the soon 2 years old birthday boy! Not much to prepare, compared to last year. mommy remembers! 3 months before mommy had ordered the decorations from USA and shipped the over. Plus preparing for the thank you gifts, birthday notes from family, cake, party bags for kids etc etc. Mommy really enjoyed planning for Wayne's party! This time round, not that much to prepare. There was just the venue, cake, cupcakes, marshmallow pops, birthday notes from family, balloon, a small party bag for Wayne, 4 decorative items....... and thats about it!!! Thinking about it makes mommy feel so much better already!
